Return and Exchange Policy

- All items are non-refundable.

- Once the order is placed, it is considered a confirmation from the customer. There shall be no alterations to the order, and no returns will be arranged. If you are not sure about the sizes, you may simply refer to the size guide on every items or contact us.

- Out of our courtesy, exchange for a different size could be arranged, subject to the availability of the product. Please note that courier charges are on your expense.

- Each item is hand checked by a member of What If before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! In case of any quality defects or incorrect items sent, please notify us within 3 days from the day you received your order. Products of the same style and size will be provided and courier charges (both ways) will be covered by What If.

- Return items for exchange must be in original packaging and good conditions.

- As different devices display color differently, the color of the actual item may vary slightly. Please allow 1-3cm Differs due to manual measurement.


- In case of any disputes, WHAT IF reserves the right to make the final decision.
